Hi, I’m Devin!

I grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts where I spent my early childhood combing winter beaches for shells and sea glass, collecting rocks and minerals, and exploring the woods. From an early age, I developed a passion for making art and storytelling so I had a great time working towards a BFA in Visual Narrative at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. In my work as an illustrator and a writer, I aim to capture brief moments in time that might otherwise go unnoticed and I am often inspired by nature, architecture, current events, history, and literature. My studio practice combines digital and traditional media including colored pencil, gouache, and printmaking. When I’m not making art, I take walks, read, play games, and spend time with friends and family.
